Sanjay
Ruia (CA)
A thorough visionary and an esteemed member of
The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Ruia has excelled in the Accounting
and Auditing profession for the last 18 years. In 1998, he left
Tata
finance as Manager, Corporate finance to start his own practice and
later realized his potential through the
SBA group. His areas of
expertise are merchant banking, corporate finance, marketing management and
taxation. He is the driving force behind SBA and supervises the e-governance
and B2B divisions along with overall management of the group.
Vasant
Lad (CA)
A graduate from the University of Mumbai, Mr. Lad has been a senior member
of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for over 29 years
and has unrivalled experience in the fields of finance, accounting and
auditing. With a matchless business acumen, he has also essayed the role as
finance director for various business groups in the middle-east and is
presently a managing partner at the prominent Dubai based audit firm, ‘Behl,
Lad & Al Sayegh’ (BLS).
Anand
Bagade (CA)
Another esteemed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,
Mr. Bagade has accounting and auditing experience of over 8 years. Having
worked overseas as a senior auditor and currently running a successful
practice of his own, Mr. Bagade is an authority on Income Tax, MVAT audits,
statutory audits of banks and NPA recovery. He has also been on the
Statutory
Audit Panel of UCO Bank in the past and is currently on the panel at
Bank of India.
Haresh
P Shah (CA)
Mr. Shah is a Commerce Graduate from Pune University. He is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and practicing in the
field of Income Tax Law and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. In
particular, he is practicing for over 19 years in Tax Counseling and
appearing before the Income Tax Appellate forums under the Income Tax Act,
1961 viz. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and before the Income Tax
Appellate Tribunal. Mr. Shah has, also, authored some ‘articles’,
on issues relating to the Income Tax Law, in Gujarati news paper viz. Vyapar
and, also, in some professional magazines.
Siva
Shankar Kasturi
A gifted
Chemical Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani with a
wealth of experience in the petrochemical industry, Mr. Kasturi has been
associated with various groups at
L&T, ExxonMobil and a few
other major MNCs in senior marketing positions. He also has innumerous
associate qualifications and is a member of the Society of Tribology and
Lubrication Engineers. At SBA, he has lent his expertise for over 6 years
now and heads the project management division.
Bhavna
Ruia
A multi-talented post graduate from
K.C. College of Management Studies,
Mumbai, Mrs. Ruia specializes in marketing in the primary markets, corporate
finance and fiscal services along with an advisory capacity in the field of
Insurance. In 2006, she joined SBA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. And today the
Insurance Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance division are thriving
under her exemplary leadership.
Vinay
Dayal
Starting prodigiously at an early age, Mr. Dayal worked his way up handling
inventory, finance and banking for his family’s machine manufacturing
business. In 1987, he ambitiously floated Alois Gutenberg Machines to
manufacture printing machinery and further established Alois Gutenberg
Leasing & Finance to lease out the machines. In 2002, he expanded his
horizons and started investing in real estate and land acquisition and in
2006, joined SBA Infotech Private Limited to lend his unparalleled expertise
to the real estate and investment division.
Parikshit
Lad
A dynamic young graduate from
Ohio State University with
specialization in accounting, Mr. Lad’s expertise lies in International
Business, Marketing and Management. On account of constant interface with
MNCs throughout his professional career, Mr. Lad is currently managing SBA
Group’s Marketing & Public Relations along with the management of
e-Commerce & B2B.
Rajesh
Dabholkar
A graduate from the
University of Mumbai, Mr. Dabholkar is a
peerless expert in the field of
logistic services. He currently
holds a senior operational position at Ace Clearing & Forwarding, Nhava
Sheva and has been an active contributor to the finance and operations
function at the SBA Group.
